Get a better ROI
with Real Time, AI, Facial Recognition
(whatever you want to call it)
Do you remember the college party pictures from the 70w, 80s and 90s? A photographer would take pictures at frat parties, college graduations and even a few under-the-radar (oh yeah, same as frat parties), keggers. A week later, you’d head to an off-campus office, look through piles of 4x6s to find “the one, two, three… “ of you, your friends or your secret crush. For $1 each, you left with fun pics in hand.
Well, say hello to the next generation of candids. Call them facial recognition, AI or, as we call them, Real Time Photography, but no waiting a week, heading off campus or, worse yet, never seeing the pictures. The more people who receive (expanding the opportunity to use) the images, the more bang for the corp buck.
Here’s how it works:
-
We’ll create an in-line visual to accompany the digital deliveries, using the event graphics and verbiage - with your final approval, of course.
-
We will provide a pop-up banner at the registration table (we can also post fliers throughout the event), featuring a QR code. This scannable software registration will also be shared in advance (yes, we like to cater to the A types).
-
Scan the code, take a selfie and complete registration by entering a cell number
-
Then - abracadabra - as people get their pictures taken throughout the event (on stage, posing with friends, out on the dance floor), they will be sent directly to their phones.
Not only does Real Time create an instantaneous buzz, it’s also a great way to generate social media hype.
Yep, the cool factor is great, but there’s also the practicality of Real Time. Oftentimes, the communications team needs immediate deliverables for social purposes. CFO John (richest name in the world, at 44 billionaires, btw) Moneybanks is speaking at the national sales conference. Investors and worker bees like to be in the know. With our services, John’s pictures will be sent to his phone or Handler Hank’s messages enabling immediate posting capabilities.
How do people normally get their event images? While we offer next-day highlight reels and a one-week delivery of all images, oftentimes attendees never see those pictures. We do have solutions for that, so even if you do not use our AI service, we can talk you though it.
While frustrating, it’s understandable why the shareable-gallery ball gets dropped.
-
There’s so much that goes into planning a big event. Instead of needing another to-do item, admins and planners need a vacay. Sure, they’ll get a gallery of all the images, but with pictures already in attendees’ hands, there’s no “When are we going to get our pictures?”
-
Do you really want all attendees to have access to all event images? Nope. Through Real Time, participants receive only those pictures in which they are featured..
So what are we waiting for…? Let’s get this party started.
