The best part, each and every time their picture is taken by our professional photographer, it gets sent directly to their phone.

Guests can register their faces in advance with our QR code, scan the code as they navigate the party or tap their picture with our photographer to register their mobile.
It is one and done. There is no need to stop those groovy moves on the dance floor to send a picture your way. Once in the system, participants are sent every picture of themselves throughout the celebration.

How Much Shall I Plan to Spend?

Real Time: You may not need Real Time Photography for your entire event. It is perfect for those times when people are openly socializing and enjoying the interactive offerings. When it comes to stage presentations, we suggest shutting it down.

Included:

Event registration (this is a fee we are required to pay)

QR code to be shared in advance so attendees can register their faces prior to the event. The code can also be posted throughout the event.

My guests get their pictures at the event. Do I get all the pictures?: YES!! Within one week of your event, we'll send a downloadable gallery your way.
There are segments of our programming we don't want the pictures shared. Is Real Time Photography an all or nothing service?: No. We suggest using our Real Time photography services for the networking and interactive portions of your event. We will disable RTPhotography during any formal programming. Yu just let us the appropriate times to offer this service.
I have seen this used before but it takes so long for each person to register.: We've got you. We'll send a QR in advance of your event. By sharing it with your attendees, they'll be able to register their face ahead of time. You can also print the QR code and post it throughout the event for a quick scan and registration. We'll also bring a pop-up banner, explaining the process, complete with the scannable code.
